SHIPPING
A: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via standard ground delivery. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.

ORDERS
A: Absolutely. At checkout, select "Pick up" and choose your preferred location. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.
A: Orders are usually ready within 24 hours. Please wait for your confirmation email before arriving.
A: Some pieces are limited-run, but feel free to email us about a restock. We also recommend signing up for restock alerts if the option is available.
A: Inventory varies slightly by location, but most online pieces are carried in both our Wellesley and Boston shops.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
A: For in-store purchases, we offer refunds within 7 days and store credit within 30 days of purchase.
For online purchases, we accept returns within 14 days for a refund and within 30 days for store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
A: Returns can be started right from your order confirmation email. Just click the return link and follow the steps to initiate a return label.
A: Yes! You’re welcome to bring your item to either our Wellesley or Boston boutique for a return or exchange.
