Shipping policy

We're thrilled to offer Free Standard Shipping valid on ALL orders within the continental USA. Please allow 24-48 business hours* for processing for tracking updates for select items. Our shipping facility is located in Massachusetts.

Free Standard Shipping will be first class ground, allow 5-7 business days for transit.**

All other International countries/regions - shipping will be processed with the USPS and fee will be determined at check out. Any duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer. If needed we will contact you via the contact info you inputted at check out. 

Expedited orders need to be placed before 2pm EST to be shipped out the same day. Overnight shipping orders must be placed before 12pm EST for same day processing. 

Any orders placed after Friday 5pm EST will be processed and shipped the following Monday (federal holiday permitted). 

If you need to cancel your order, please email info@milkmoney.co or TXT us ASAP to cancel your order. We like to get your order processed quickly, that said we're not responsible for orders that have already being shipped. You will need to receive the package and follow the correct process to start a return for you refund.  

*Here at Milk Money, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly — which is why we ship all of our packages with first-class ground shipping and at no cost to you. Unfortunately, sometimes things happen that are out of our control. We’ve been experiencing delays on a few certain items and we are actively working with our vendors to get the situation sorted. We apologize for any inconvenience this might place on you and your order, and we assure you that we are doing everything we can on our part to get these situations remedied quickly. RETURNED PACKAGES 

If your packages has been returned to sender, MILK MONEY is not responsible. We will make every effort to contact you to resend and confirm your address. If your item is return to sender the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund total if you would like to return that package.
