What payment options do you accept?
For payment, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Stripe, and PayPal. If those don’t work for you, you can also use GPay, Amazon Pay, or Afterpay.

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
Sorry, babe. Depending on your state laws, you will be charged sales tax.
How do I apply gift card codes or promo codes at checkout?
Lucky you! If you have a gift card or promo code, look for the area during checkout that says “Gift Card or Discount Code”. Then enter your code and click “Apply”—simple as that!
Help! My gift card/discount code isn’t working!

How do I know my payment is secure?
We only provide the best for our customers. Payment and checkout processes are 100% secure and guaranteed through all of our payment options.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We know you want your new stuff fast. Orders from Milk Money typically arrive within 2-3 days after you receive shipping confirmation. Of course, it depends on your location and any unfortunate weather-related issues.
When will my order ship?
We don’t like to waste any time. Orders are processed within 24 hours of your purchase, during normal business hours.
Where is my order/shipping confirmation?
We’re all about the email. Your order confirmation will appear there. If you’re not seeing it, make sure to check your spam inbox. And if you still can’t find it within 24 hours of your purchase, email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can figure out what’s going on.
Do you ship internationally?
You know we do! But please note: international orders don’t include free shipping. Sorry to our overseas gals.
Can I have my package redirected to a different address?
Unfortunately, that’s not an option. Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, it’s (literally) out of our hands. If you need to change the address, contact the shipping provider.
My package is lost!
Oh no! If you’re dealing with a lost package, please contact email@example.com. We’ll work with the shipping provider to find your order.

What size should I order?
Our products run true to size. Just order the size you typically wear and you should be all good.

Can I change or edit my order?
Yes! As long as it’s within 24 hours of placing your order. If you’re in that time frame, please contact email@example.com and we’ll do our best to help you. Unfortunately, if the package has already left our facility, you’re out of luck. You’ll need to receive the package and start the return process.
How do I check the status of my order?
Grab your order number and head to the Track My Order link in the footer of our website.
I keep getting an error message on my order!

Can I return my Milk Money order?
Yes! You can return your order within 14 days of receiving your purchase. If you want a full run-down on our return policy, click here.
How long does it take to process a return?
We process returns within 24 hours. Once we have all your items, your refund will be processed within 5 days.
My product isn’t what I expected. Can I have a refund or exchange on my order?
Yes, you can! Please contact email@example.com to request an exchange. Please note that your product has to be sent back to Milk Money within 7 days in the original condition you received it. If you need more clarification on refunds, click here.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we have all your items back at Milk Money and confirm their condition, your refund will be processed within 5 days.
